D'Amico et al. hypothesized that “low‐risk” and low biopsy tumor volume “intermediate‐risk” patients who are treated with RP fare significantly better than patients treated with conventional‐dose RT. However, patient selection and the choice of end points as well as the use of low dose radiation leaves this issue unresolved.
