✦ Synopsis

We report the measurement of radiative association rates of Cs with 12-crown-4 ether. The measurement improves on the precision of earlier measurements by about a factor of ten and demonstrates some of the power of an ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometer recently designed and built by the authors.
