✦ Synopsis

The aberration of Cherenkov radiation due to multiple scattering of radiating charged particle is considered in terms of the radiation energy loss. The energy-angular distribution of photons emitted by multiple-scattered charged particle is derived for the case of transparent medium. The cases energy-angular distribution of Cherenkov radiation (absorption) in left-handed materials are discussed.
