✦ Synopsis

An analysis of magnetic diffuse neutron scattering data for dilute &Fe and ptCo alloys is presented, including an important quasielastic contribution to such data. The determination of the neutron scattering was made by Monte Carlo calculations. The calculated results qualitatively agree with the experimental data for the dilute concentrations considered.
