โฆ Synopsis
The static linear response of a charged Bose gas in the presence of a magnetic field is studied in a "quasiclassical" model previously proposed for an electron gas. The Bose gas is shown to exhibit different screening behavior. The relevance of the study of a charged Bose gas in relation to understanding the properties of systems like neutron star is discussed.
