Biepitaxial Josephson junctions were prepared on MgO and SrTiOa substrates. The obtained electrical properties as superconducting critical temperature To, critical current density Jc ~ 104A/cm2(30 K), specific junction conductance ~N ~ 50/(pf~cm 2) and the IcRn-product ~ 0.1 mV (30 K) are similar on

Energy level quantization in a YBa2Cu3O7
✍ Floriana Lombardi; Thilo Bauch; Karin Cedergren; Jesper Johansson; Tobias Lindst 📂 Article 📅 2007 🏛 Elsevier Science 🌐 English ⚖ 437 KB

We have observed energy level quantization in an all high critical temperature superconductor d-wave Josephson junction. From the measurements we have also extracted the quality factor Q of the junction which is of the order of 40. These results indicate that the role of dissipation mechanisms in hi

Josephson effects on YBa2Cu3O7−δ
✍ H.C. Yang 📂 Article 📅 1987 🏛 Elsevier Science ⚖ 170 KB

The magnetic field and temperature dependence of the Josephson supercurrent are measured in different temperature ranges in order to study the tunneling effect in YBa2fu307\_ 8 samples. Causes for tunneling will be discussed.
