β¦ Synopsis
We report measurements on the superconducting transition temperature Tc and the normal resistance R, of quench-condensed pure and granular aluminum films. The changes of the superconducting transition temperature are characteristically dependent on the coating film thickness and are inversely dependent on the Al film thickness. The observed oscillations of the transition temperature are interpreted in the framework of the theory of quantum oscillations developed by Kagan and Dubovskii.
