✦ Synopsis

We study the two-dimensional Euclidean CP n-1 model and illustrate some problems encountered with the semiclassicat approximation in a particular case of a non-instanton solution. Further, we make some general remarks on the problem of quantum fluctuations around the complete solution manifold of the model.
