## Abstract In the present study, a toxic mechanism of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) was investigated in the nematode, __Caenorhabditis elegans__, focusing on the involvement of oxidative stress in reproduction toxicity. Initially, AgNPs were tested as potential oxidative stress inducers, and increa
