Abstract

The mean precipitation for each of the four season of the year (winter, spring, summer, and autumn) in the Tagus basin was estimated as a function of four geoclimatic parameters characteristics of the zone using data from 161 meteorological stations during an uninterrupted 16‐year period (1970–1985).
