A sensitive radioreceptor assay was developed for pharmaceutical preparations of human chorionic gonadotrophin with the use of rat testicular membranes as receptor preparation and human 125I-chorionic gonadotrophin as tracer. The addition of unlabelled human chorionic gonadotrophin or luteinizing ho
