β¦ Synopsis
A sensitive and rapid ELISA for quantitation of rice glutelin was developed. This method employed binding of rice glutelin to Immulon I microtitre plate and quantitating it with commercial goat anti-rabbit IgG conjugate by conventional ELISA. Using this procedure, glutelin as low as 5ng could be detected.

An enzyme-linked immunosorbent technique for human serum retinol-binding protein (RBP) was developed. The assay detects RBP via a double-antibody (rabbit anti-human RBP) sandwich technique. In this report we describe an enzymelinked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the quantitation of abscisic acid (ABA) in plant extracts. A microtitration plate is coated with an ABA-protein complex. The ABA, standard or sample, is then added to each well with a limiting quantity of rabbit anti-ABA anti
