In this paper the theory, given in part I, is continued. I n the region of temperatures and density, where the fundamental lengths of the plasma are ordered as l i i < -< A, , and where n,$+, < 1, quantum corrections to the classical DEBYE-HUCREL free energy of an electron-ion-plasma are calculated explicitely.
