✦ Synopsis

Abstract

Die Umsetzungen des 4.6‐Dimethyl‐cumalins mit aromatischen Grignard‐Verbindungen und des 4.6‐Diphenyl‐cumalins mit Methylmagnesiumjodid führen unter geeigneten Bedingungen zu 1.3.5‐trisubstituierten Benzolderivaten (Abkömmlingen des m‐Terphenyls). ähnliche 1.3.5‐Tri‐(alkyl‐aryl)‐benzole entstehen ebenfalls aus 2.4.6‐Trimethyl‐pyrylium‐perchlorat und Grignard‐Verbindungen. — Setzt man das Trimethylpyryliumsalz mit Malodinitril oder 1‐Phenyl‐3‐methyl‐pyrazolon‐(5) um, so gelangt man zum [3.5‐Dimethyl‐phenyl]‐malodinitril und 1‐Phenyl‐3‐methyl‐4‐[3.5‐dimethyl‐phenyl]‐pyrazolon‐(5).
