Copper(I1) sulphide was prepared in diierent ways. It is shown, that by bringing elemental copper into solutions containing poly-sulphides or sulphur, or by a well-known step-wise thermal preparation method, relatively pure substances can be attained. Galvanostatic discharge curves, cyclic voltammog
