Ball bearing tester

The eddy current probe in the Circoball 6.310 automatic ball bearing tester from Institut Dr F6rster detects cracks down to 50/~m x 50/~m x 750/~m in balls of metallic materials with diameters from 2 mm to 18 mm. The laser system identifies surface defects from a size of 1 O0/~m x 1 O0/~m. With full scanning of the ball surface, the tester can handle up to 36 000 balls per hour (at 2 mm diameter).
