We have prepared by pulsed laser deposition La Sr MnO LSMO rSrTiO STO rLSMO tunnel junctions 0.67 0.33 3 3 Ž . Ž . epitaxially grown on 001 STO. LSMO is rhombohedral in bulk pseudo cubic with an angle of 89.748 ; its epitaxy on STO Ž . Ž . Ž raises two kinds of questions: 1 are the interfaces chemic
