Proton spin diffusion canbe monitored by combining a modified Goldman-Shen pulse sequence with cross polarization to "C nuclei. A new procedure for presenting the results suppresses sensitivity to proton spin-lattice relaxation processes. Domain dimensions can then be estimated from published analytical expressions derived for spin diffusion in the absence of spin-lattice relaxation.
