Proton-containing groups mobility in tantalum(V) acid phosphate has been investigated with the help of wide line H 1 NMR. The presence of rotational mobility of H O -ion and proton translation in this compound was shown. The data 5 2 obtained were discussed with the use of structural information and correlated with the earlier described proton conductivity of H O Ta(PO ) .
