When I started writing Claimed, The Cull #1, I'll be honest--I wasn't certain where this world would take me. In Protected, The Cull #2, I had a much better sense of the world and its dynamics. I really enjoyed the intensity between Braden and Eve while I was writing them, and her naivete along with her sense of humor (under stressful conditions) made her a heroine I loved! And, it goes without saying, Braden is hot, hot!
