## Abstract Rhamnolipid as a potent natural biosurfactant has a wide range of potential applications, including enhanced oil recovery (EOR), biodegradation, and bioremediation. Rhamnolipid is composed of rhamnose sugar molecule and β‐hydroxyalkanoic acid. The rhamnosyltransferase 1 complex (RhlAB)
