✦ Synopsis
The one photon delayed fluorescence (DE'). the excitation DF. the phosphorescence :md the tcmpcrlure dependence of these emissions in the cosin dye are published and discussed. The same csperimental behavior is also observed in n series of dyes in various matrices at 77OK. To explain the primnry photo-process. evidences are given in h-or of :I shorl-range electron phototransfer in the bulk of clusters formed by the contraction of the liquid solution followed by rigidificntion of the m:Ifris. The rccombination mechanism is also discussed in view of the experiment::1 results.
