The managers of the Franklin Institute of the State of Pennsylvania for the promotion of the Mechanic Arts, inform the manufacturers, mechanics, and artizans of the United States, that they will hold their second annual exhibition of American manufactures in the city of Philadelphia, on the 6th, 7th, and 8th of October, 1825, to which they invite all persons to send the products of their skill, ingenuity, and industry.
