Studies on the reaction kinetics and chromatographic properties of detergentdispersed adenylate cyclase are described. Detergent-dispersed enzyme was prepared from whole rat cerebellum and from partially purified plasma membranes from rat liver. Data were simulated t o fit kinetic models for which
