## Abstract Studies of membrane wettability in the membrane distillation process were performed with the application of hydrophobic capillary membranes made of polypropylene. Three kinds of Accurel PP membranes (Membrana GmbH, Germany) differing in the diameter of capillaries and pores as well as i
