The following eight faint stars appear to have well defined proper motions. 'These have been derived from comparisons of recent Lick Observatory determinations with older authorities.

In the cases of BD+38'263 and +39'3069, there seem to be large errors in the older places, but the A . G . zone places confirm the existence of proper motion.
