A method based upon elementary quantum mechanics for constructing a path integral representation or spin amplitudes is described. A path integral representation obtained earlier for the unitary rotation matrices is rederived. In this system, the appropriate set of classical canonical variables and t

โฆ Synopsis
We use a mean-field approximation to describe the propagation of nontoplogical solitions in the QCD vacuum. The basis of our approach is the assumption that QCD exhibits a Bose-Einstein condensation phenomenon, with macroscopic occupation of the zero-momentum mode. Within the context of approximations made here, we find that only color-singlet solitons propagate in the vacuum.
