✦ Synopsis

A new method for prograde balloon dilation of severe congenital aortic valve stenosis is described. Two TEGwirea balloons were used prograde through bilateral femoral venous sheaths. Excellent hemodynamic results were achieved, without the need for retrograde left heart catheterization and femoral arterial sheath placement.
