โœฆ Synopsis

Cell lines from a myeloid, an erythroid, and two lymphoid leukemias, were tested for the production of the inducer required for the formation of macrophage and granulocyte colonies. It was shown that the inducer was produced by all lines except one of the lymphoid leukemias.

## Abstract Breast cancer cells frequently metastasize to the skeleton, where they induce OCL formation and activity, resulting in extensive bone destruction. However, the mechanisms by which breast cancer cells mediate increased osteolysis remain unclear. To elucidate this point, we investigated h

## Abstract We previously established 2 lung cancer cell lines, OKaโ€Cโ€1 and MIโ€4, which constitutively produce an abundant dose of granulocyteโ€colony stimulating factor (Gโ€CSF) and granulocyte macrophageโ€colony stimulating factor (GMโ€CSF). Many other cases with Gโ€CSF or GMโ€CSF producing tumors have
