Abstract
Treatment of tuberculin‐sensitive guinea pig spleen or lymph node cells with a burro anti‐T cell serum plus complement diminished markedly number of functionally detectable T cells, but did not affect the amount of migration inhibitory factor (MIF) or lymphotoxin produced by the residual T cell‐depleted populations.
