## Abstract Barley was inoculated with conidia of __Aspergillus parasiticus__ NRRL 2999, and at 0°C was left to equilibrate at three moisture levels: 17, 20 and 25%. Gamma irradiation at five doses, 0, 50, 100, 200 and 400 krad, was applied to the grain either soon after moisture equilibration (3 d
