β¦ Synopsis
The production and study of mid-mass nuclei important for the rp-process is reviewed.
A key technique used to produce these nuclei is projectile fragmentation. Experimental results on the production of proton drip-line nuclei up to the Tin region are presented. Results from the decay studies and half-life measurements of a few of these nuclei, and techniques for studying the decays of a small sample of nuclei are also presented. Finally, a few comments are made on the new high resolution $800 magnetic spectrograph.
