President Phillip L. Walker called the meeting to order at 8:06 PM on April 16, 2004. The Secretary-Treasurer determined that a quorum, as defined in Chapter III of the AAPA by-laws, was in attendance. Fortunately for the association, John will remain on the Executive Committee in his new position of President Elect.
