โฆ Synopsis
This Proceedings of the most recent Conference on Cement Microscopy presents some of the latest microscopic technology developments in this field. Thirty-six papers by authors from several countries are contained in this paperback proceedings from authors' manuscripts. The topics range from production research on cement, kiln feed materials, clinker characteristics, burnability, and grindability to effects on hydration characteristics, reactivity, deleterious reactions, effects of pressure, superplasticizers and other chemical variations. Well illustrated, the book also summarizes case histories in concrete petrography and petrographic problem solving. Many of the papers involve use of supplementary techniques to microscopy in their studies.
