The stated monthly meeting was called to order at 8 o'clock, P.M., Vice-President, Chas. S. Close, in the chair. There were present 76 members and 9 visitors. The minutes of the last monthly meeting were read and approved. The Actuary presented the minutes of the Board of Managers, and reported that at the last meeting the following donations were made to the library :
