## Abstract Recent studies establish that the glycolytic protein, glyceraldehyde‐3‐phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH), is not simply a classical metabolic protein involved in energy production. Instead, it is a multifunctional protein with defined functions in numerous subcellular processes. New inves
