Because of the worldwide current strongly rising oil and fat production rates there are needed already in the near future new and easy to handle application possibilities for large throughputs of oils and fats. One of these is their use as diesel fuel alternatives in the form of their methylesters. For European conditions methylesters on rapeseed oil basis are in this case of special interest not only because of the high production rate of this oil but also because of their special physical conditions as liquid of low melting point and high heat content. On this reason we developed the new A l Tprocess which is a complete semi-continuous acting production line not only for converting natural oils via transesterification into methylesters including their purification but also for recovering all byproducts like glycerine, fatty acids and methanol as chemical pure compounds. Our unit consist out of six effective working operation steps using our special developments patented to us. This AlTprocess is opening good chances for integrating in the future our today suffering farm industry into modem industrial developments.
