The plan was simple: get married, get Reid pregnant with my heir, get my throne. There was nothing in it about falling in love.

I tell myself its because I know my ex-boyfriend has already given birth once, the daughter he had with his deceased husband. And that I know I can ensure his cooperation by providing for his daughter's future. That works for a time.
