## Background: Ameloblastomas are locally aggressive jaw tumors with a high propensity for recurrence and are believed to arise from the remnants of odontogenic epithelium. extragnathic ameloblastomas are unusual and primary sinonasal tract origin is extraordinarily uncommon. ## Methods: Twenty-f
