β¦ Synopsis
Abstract
This report describes the clinical and pathological features of two cases of primary hepatic lymphoma. Both cases presented with nonspecific symptoms and hepatomegaly. In each case the diagnosis was made at laparatomy. Both responded well to combination chemotherapy. Case 1 achieved a partial remission and Case 2 a complete remission. A review of the literature reveals only five cases of primary hepatic lymphoma; none of these had been successfully treated.
