toneal and occupying almost the whole pelvis and extending down to the left of the rectovaginal septum. T h e tumour was removed with difficulty and found to be continuous with the perineal swelling. It was edematous and almost diffluent, weighing 34 lb. Microscopical exam-I wish to thank Dr. W.
