✦ Synopsis

We present the lirst reported case of primary lymphoma with a nodular pattern in infancy, accompanied by a detailed histopathological study. The diagnosis is based upon unquestionable histopathological data. Remarkable are the macroscopic findings of the lesion, the very young age of the patient, and the Burkitt's Iyrnphoma-like appearance of the lesion in addition to the nodular pattern. Another case of cutaneous nodular lymphoma in an infant was previously reported by Traggis et al. but without a detailed histopathological description. These two cases, in consideration of the rarity of nodular lymphoma in children, promote speculative considerations, especially in regard to etiology and therapy. Cuncer 45603-608, 1980. ALIGNANT I M presenting as shown by the .YMPHOMAS in children histologically adhered to the surrounding subcutaneous structures. a nodular pattern are distinctly rare, Clinical examination did not provide any other significant reportr; of primary lymphoreticular finding. The liver, spleen and lymph nodes were not palpable.

We describe clinicopathological features of an unusual case of CD30+/CD56+ T-cell lymphoma in a 58-year-old Korean man who presented with disseminated nodules, papules and hyperpigmented patches. Coexpression of CD30 and CD56 in T-cell lymphoma is very rare. Our patient did not respond to an intensi
