✦ Synopsis
The authors report a case of primary radiotherapy, the patient is currently rebronchogenic squarnous cell carcinoma lapse-and rnetastasis-free. To our knowl-(SCC) revealed by recurrent pneumonia in edge, this is only the sixth pediatric case of an Il-year-old boy. Four years after com-primary bronchogenic SCC reported to plete surgical resection followed by external date.

Four cases of dual, primary lung carcinomas are presented. Three are metachronous, one case is synchronous. The average time between the metachronous tumors is 20 months. All the cases have different histological types, with combination of squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinomas being the most c
