The purpose of this technical symposium is to introduce all those involved with fluid sealing technology to the latest in gasket testing methods and procedures, performance testing and comparison, and applications while providing a forum to assist engineers and designers in meeting the sealing requirements of their system or operating facility.
The symposium will consist of three sessions of technical presentations. Gasket Testing procedures and methods with a focus on the Tightness Testing and Research Laboratory Room Temperature Tightness Test, Performance Testing of Gasket Materials, and Gasket Applications. The symposium will conclude with a panel discussion on the application, understanding and test methods available for gasket design constants and factors, and will also feature an exhibition of table top displays for products and services from leading manufacturers of fluid sealing components.
