## Abstract This article reports data on the preventive effect of (βˆ’)epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) on lipid metabolism and lipoproteins in isoproterenol (ISO)‐induced myocardial infarction (MI) in Wistar rats. The rats were induced MI by ISO (100 mg/kg) at an interval of 24 h for 2 days. EGCG (30
