IgG subclass antibodies to Pseudomonas aeruginosa outer membrane proteins (OMP) were investigated in serum from cystic fibrosis (CF) patients by immunoblotting and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Fifteen patients (eight in good and seven in poor clinical condition) have been followed for
