Abstract

This chapter discusses the compatibility of the goals and objectives of the prospective donor family and the charitable organization and the ways in which the implementation of a deferred charitable giving program can advance those goals. The role of the family counselor in helping to defne and prioritize these goals and objectives is discussed.
