## Abstract High‐speed counter‐current chromatography (HSCCC) was successfully applied for the preparative separation and purification of alkaloids from __Corydalis bungeana__ Turcz. (Kudiding in Chinese) for the first time. After the measurement of partition coefficient of seven target alkaloids i
