PREPARATION OF MANUSCRIPTS FOR DIRECT REPRODUCTION

]. Manuscripts should be typed using a black carbon ribbon on good quality white bond paper.

The typist should ensure that the imprint of the type is well-defined and clean.

(Never use a coloured ribbon or the same ribbon twice.)

2. Any good quality paper may be used, provided the actual typing area is 16 cm by 24.5 cm.

The typing area should be fully utilized but one should not type beyond the limit set.

(N.B. Special size paper with the exact typing area can be obtained from the publishers upon request.
