Solutions of deuterated boric acid in heavy water have been prefiared with concentrations known to within 0.1%. They were made from very pure boric anhydride, obtained by dehydrating boric acid, using a vacuum thennobalance (Eyruad type). The solutions are analysed by weighing calcium berate.
